“Designing coherent instruction is possibly the most critical step in providing students with a quality education.” – Charlotte Danielson
Welcome to our Shared Space Teaching Institute. This four-day course, approved as such by the School of Professional Development at Stony Brook University, will transform the way educators plan and deliver rigorous content. From entry to exit, participants will examine and develop best practice for each step of the “bell to bell” process using the continuous improvement cycle: model, plan, deliver, evaluate.
Institute participants have an opportunity to earn three graduate credits from Stony Brook University, and are given access to ongoing virtual planning tools and resources along with options for site based continued coaching as well.
